Julie Waters is the co-founder and CEO of Watermark Media. Before launching Watermark Media, Waters held the position of Head of Scrap Paper Pictures, a company founded by actress Rachel Brosnahan, where she managed a diverse range of indie film projects and television content through the company’s first-look TV deal with Amazon. Earlier in her career, Waters served as Vice President at Temple Hill Entertainment, where she produced the acclaimed FX series DAVE and developed the shows LOVE, VICTOR and THE OTHER BLACK GIRL for Hulu. Additionally, Waters is the founder of QWEER, a networking and advocacy group aimed at uniting queer women in the entertainment industry.

Evan Dyal is the co-founder of Watermark Media, a production company focused on innovative storytelling. As Executive Producer, he is working on highly anticipated films like OH, HI, directed by Sophie Brooks and starring Molly Gordon, Logan Lerman, Geraldine Viswanathan, and John Reynolds. He is also involved in MAD BILLS TO PAY, directed by Joel Alfonso Vargas, featuring Juan Collado, Destiny Checo, and Yohanna Florentino. Dyal is committed to championing authentic voices and nurturing new talent in the film industry. He earned his B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia and now resides in New York City, where he seeks creative collaboration and artistic growth.

Aaron Millberg is the COO and Partner at Watermark Media, overseeing business development and operations. Millberg brings with him over 10 years of experience at the intersection of entertainment and technology. Prior to joining Watermark, he was the Head of Creator and Content Commerce at Canal, a cutting-edge e-commerce startup where he built the creator economy and entertainment business from the ground up. Previously, he spent eight years at United Talent Agency, as a talent agent in the Endorsements division, securing multi-million dollar brand deals for the agency's many clients. Millberg was featured on the 2022 Forbes “30 Under 30” List for Hollywood & Entertainment.
